About the Masterclass
Internationally renowned organist David Briggs will give a free master class on improvisation from 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday 20th May 2013 in the organ gallery of St. John’s Cathedral. This is a great opportunity for students, teachers and music lovers alike to have a fascinating insight into the ‘illusionist’s art’ of improvisation and will be of interest not just to organ music enthusiasts but to anyone interested in music and how it is constructed.
