Today’s improvisation workshop with Martin Baker was a wonderful success – many thanks to Martin, our participants, our observers, and St. John’s Cathedral. Photos soon to follow in our gallery!
We’re really looking forward to tomorrow night’s concert at St. John’s Cathedral at 7:30PM, the highlight of which will surely be the 12 minutes improvisation on a theme to be given to Martin Baker on the night:
· Buxtehude, Dietrich – Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern
· Franck, César – Choral No.1 in E major
· Reger, Max – Fantasie über den Choral “Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern”
· Baker, Martin – Improvisation
· Bach, Johann Sebastian (1685-1750) – Passacaglia (BWV 582)
Admission €10 at the door (concession €8).
We hope to see you there for what promises to be a magnificent concert!
